Terms of use

These terms are the rules for using Vibe Maker Academy, a product of Young and Refined (Tzvi Grossman, doing business as Young and Refined). By using the service you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

1. Early testing

Vibe Maker Academy is in early testing. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. It is free during testing. We will tell you, and you will have to agree, before anything is ever charged.

2. Who can have an account

• Accounts are for grown-ups: teachers, school staff and parents. Children sign in only through a class set up by a teacher or parent.
• If you add students as a teacher, you confirm that your school allows you to use Vibe Maker Academy with them.
• If you add children as a parent, you confirm they are your own children or that you are their legal guardian.
• Keep sign-in links and children's sign-in cards safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Using it fairly

Don't use Vibe Maker Academy to break the law, to harm or bully anyone, to upload things you don't have the right to share, or to try to get into other people's data or break the service.

4. Your content and students' data

• Questions, lessons and other things you make stay yours. You let us store and show them only to run the service for you.
• Students' data belongs to the school or family that added them. We use it only to provide the service, as our privacy policy says. We never sell it or use it for ads.

5. AI features

AI can make mistakes. Check questions the AI drafts and marks the AI gives; a teacher can always change a mark.

6. Ending

You can stop using Vibe Maker Academy at any time and ask us to delete your account and your students' data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. No promises beyond these terms

The service is provided as it is, during testing. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. To be confirmed: liability limits and which state's law applies, to be set by a lawyer.

8. Changes

We will post changes here with a new date and tell account holders about important changes before they take effect.
